The idea to this project came Detlef DL4NTC with radio activities at different locations. Notebooks were still too expensively and each time the PC carry forward or the log program with other installing were not also the solution. Furthermore the most usual programs were always bound to an operating system.

With the spreading of PHP and MySQL in the Internet the idea on this basis matured a log to develop. And in such a way the conversion of this idea began.

Which small began now already thanks many industrious aids at a result worth seeing arrived. The project is bound for everyone to no developer and that interest and desire has can its own ideas bring in and these also different accessible make.

Furthermore also no obligation exists to absolutely integrate in each quarter of a yearly new functions separates it after desire and time on this project is worked.

The most current version is offered in two variants for the Download. First of all as ZIP file, which is intended for users with knowledge during the mechanism by Web servers, and secondly in bundle with the XAMPP package, which is started as Installer file and installs all necessary components of the log. This file is available only for the operating system Windows, since under Linux the necessary packages are integrated for the enterprise of the log in the system.
